Personal training

Health is not only about looking good, aesthetically the mirror. It is about how you feel about the person you are lookingat in that exact mirror. I would love to be your coach on not only a physical level but also mentally.

During your sessions, strength training will be a big part of the program and this will go together with the right nutrition.

We will focus on reducing your stress levels, improve sleep quality, increase energy, balance out your hormonal profileand most importantly work on feeling great and energized everyday.

You will be working hard during these sessions but I will make sure that you will have fun doing it and that you will staymotivated.

You will have an intake session where you will discuss your past and current health situation and define your goal.

Measurements will be taken every month on the scale and with a skin fold on 13 parts of the body to obtain informationand track your progress.

An individualized nutrition and training program will be created that you will work on together with me to eventuallycreate the best version of YOU.

Get to know me

While working unhappily at a desk job for many years I started to focus more on the things I am passionate about.

I decided to switch my career to the health & fitness industry. It was time to pursue my actual purpose in life by helping other people to become a better version of themselves in every aspect.

I stepped into the boutique fitness industry as a group instructor,, which is something I still do every week and absolutely love.

Next to that, I also want to help people individually with their fitness journey.
Therefor I decided to start my own personal coaching business.

Over the past years I’ve created an amazing community both online and offline, helping and inspiring many people to pursue an active and balanced lifestyle.

What can I expect from online coaching

>

A monthly subscription-based online platform which includes the possibility of being coached from anywhere. All you need is your phone and internet connection. It will be fully customized to your goals and therefor more succesfull then standardized plans. You can expect to have my support every step of the way.

What can I expect from personal training?

>

This can be added to your online coaching subscription where you will have the opportunity to execute your personalized training program or a part of it together with me. Where I will be able to help you more on form, technique and to give you that extra push. Also meeting in person creates a better connection and opportunity to chat a bit more :).

During your sessions, strength training will be a big part of the program. You will be working hard during these sessions but I will make sure that you will have fun doing it and that you will stay motivated. Measurements, including a InBody scan, skin fold and pictures will be taken every month to track your progress.

How soon do I get results?

Everyone starts on a different level with a unique body and therefor adapts to exercise and nutrition in different ways. If you are willing to put in the work while I look over your shoulder to motivate you and guide you with every step. Results will happen over time and they will stay with you for life.

How much does online coaching cost?

>

It depends on your commitment period that where you can choose between monthly, 3 months and 6 months.

How much does personal training cost?

>

It depends on your commitment period that where you can choose between bi-weekly up untill 3 times a week.

Can I train from home instead of the gym?

>

Yes you can, I will create a plan around your equipment and preferred location that fits within your lifestyle.

Can I train from home?

Of course, I can create a plan around your preferred location and fit around your goals and lifestyle.

Does the app work on IOS and Android?

>

Yes, my app works on both platforms.

How much weight will I lose after ten days of Sportfasting by Fittergy?

>

A large scientific study among thousands that have fond sport fasting shows that people lose on average 5-8% of his or her body weight . In women, this is 2 - 4 kg and 3 - 6 kg in men.

Do you also lose muscle tissue during Sportfasting by the Fittergy program?

>

During Sportfasting by Fittergy, a lot of fluid and sugars disappear from the muscles – not the muscle proteins. As a result, the muscles TEMPORARILY decrease in volume. When you are allowed to eat again, the muscle volume returns. Research by the VU Amsterdam on muscle biopsies from Sportvasters has even shown an increase in muscle fiber cross-section, or hypertrophy. That is the bigger and stronger muscles. The hypertrophy arises when following the nutrition and training guidelines of the Fittergy Coach.

I am taking medicines: can I do Sportfasting?

>

Sportfasting by Fittergy is a tough training program where you have to be fit and without medical complaints. Many people have medicines for prevention, for example for high cholesterol. In such cases, Sportfasting is often possible, but the Fittergy Coach will examine whether this is the case in each individual case. A very nice alternative to Sportvasten by Fittergy is Vegan Flex by Fittergy. In this 10-day course your body also makes a switch and this course can be followed by almost everyone without reservation.

How much should you exercise during Sportvasten by Fittergy and which sports can I do?

>

During 10 days you do an intensive endurance training of 20 - 30 minutes per day. For example, you can go cycling, cross training, running or rowing. I will determine the right intensity for you based on your training heart rate.

I have doubts about Sportfasting. What are the benefits and is there an alternative?

>

Sportfasting by Fittergy is a tough training program for which you need to be in good shape. Within a short period of time, it provides a lot of fitness and health benefits. With Sportfasting by Fittergy you switch from sugar to fat burning. Your weight loss after 10 days can be as high as 4 kg for women and up to 6 kg for men. Exercise is important for a good result.
